MINDFUL LEADERSHIP & ADAPTIVE RESILIENCE AT WORK

I offer customized, evidence-based, company-wide workshops designed to cultivate individual and organizational resilience, deeper team connection and enhanced employee satisfaction through practical mindfulness tools and science-backed strategies. Together, we explore effective ways to alleviate stress and burnout, leverage self-compassion as an adaptive mindset, and cultivate productive focus in the age of distraction.

With your organizational dynamics in mind, I design evidence-based, experience-driven workshops grounded in practical tools for cultivating adaptive resilience, intuitive intelligence, engaged productivity and fierce compassion as a mindset and skillset.

Inner Wild Workshops include the following themes:

  • Mindfulness & Adaptive Resilience for Stress, Burnout & Uncertainty

  • Leading with Self-Compassion and a Growth Mindset

  • Meditation for Productive Focus in the Age of Distraction

  • Unlocking Your Potential to Serve the World

Weaving together cutting-edge research in neuroscience, epigenetics, psychology and mind-body medicine with ancient eastern philosophical teachings and my own 15+ years of experience as a meditator and yogi, my focus is on bringing the most impactful practices to the workplace in an approachable way.

My approach is experiential and experimental, participants are invited to experiment with simple practices and tools to foster greater mindfulness, emotional intelligence and leadership skills. Each training focuses on a different theme and includes core content, group practices, discussion and meditation.

I work with startups, nonprofits, universities, and groups of leaders or entrepreneurs. In short: these trainings are designed for “type A”, left-brain dominant achievers, with the absolute novice, and even skeptic, in mind.

Our company had just done a pulse check (company evaluation feedback survey) during the summer of quarantine. We saw a theme of similar words: burnout, tired, stressed, etc. We knew as a leadership team we had to provide our team another option to cope with the “new normal” and we reached out to Mindful Good for help. We planned a month of wellness trainings for our team and the feedback was wonderful! Rachel helped our team to discover new ways to process the hard emotions and find more balance to their work day at home. Rachel was easy for our team to connect with and we continued to get feedback that it was our team’s highlight of their week when we came together for this time of discussion and training.

Rachel conducted a tailored wellness series for our team and it was very well received. She addressed some of the very real challenges of our “always-on” culture and the blurred lines of personal / work life given the remote work environment we are all in. Her content was data and research-driven while also providing tangible approaches and habits for our team members to be more mindful in their work and personal lives.
