CANDLELIGHT VINYASA YOGA WITH MUSIC

Join us each week for an all-levels Candlelight Vinyasa Yoga class, where you'll experience a blend of pranayama, an energizing flow, and a soothing wind-down with restorative postures and closing meditation. Vinyasa, a fluid style of yoga that links breath with movement, offers a dynamic and ever-evolving practice, making each class unique. Combining candlelight with music, this class is held in a peaceful space that invites renewal and focus. Inspired by the changing seasons, each class is thoughtfully sequenced to bring balance, strength, and flexibility to your body, mind and spirit.

A devoted yoga student for over 20 years, I began teaching in 2017 after completing my Vinyasa & Ashtanga yoga teacher training in India at Sampoorna Yoga. I wandered into my first yoga class at 18, and since then, my practice has been a refuge for healing, insight, and well-being. I never leave my mat the same person, and as a teacher, I enjoy witnessing the transformation of students in real time.

Whidbey Island Yoga is located at 222 Anthes Avenue Langley, Second Floor

Props and yoga mats are available to borrow at no cost.

This is a donation-based class (suggested donation $15), pay what you can each week.

There is a donation box in studio, or Venmo payment accepted @RachelBellinger.

Come as you are, this is a drop-in class. No registration needed.
